I am working on my doctoral dissertation, Psycho-educational Factors in the Prediction of Academic Buoyancy in Second Life®. As 3D virtual worlds continue to expand, there is a need to identify the psycho-educational factors in the prediction of academic resiliency.I would like to invite you to participate in this study if you meet the following criteria:? A native English-speaking participant, age 18 or older, and? has formally participated in 3D virtual learning classes sponsored by a university or college in Second Life® or another 3D world, and/or ? has taken classes sponsored by informal groups in Second Life®.You are not eligible to participate in the study if you are:? 17 or younger, or? 18 or older and have never participated in any kind of 3D virtual learning class (formal or informal), or? not a native English-speaker, or ?
