During this webcast, we aim to speak with many of the organizers and session leaders for the Electonic Village Online.  
Below are some tips on how to participate in this amazing (and sometimes chaotic) closing event.

You  DO NOT need to skype in to listen to the webcast.
There are several ways to listen to the webcast and particiapte in a text chat room.

If you would like to join the conversation (not just listen) at some point,
