Second Life Student Collaborations
Submitted by chris24 on Thu, 2008-09-11 09:52
Hello everyone.
My name is Chris and I'm currently teaching English to university students in South Korea. We meet in Second Life each week for one hour.
I would be interested in doing some sort of collaboration with a teacher in another country for the purpose of language learning.
I have two available classes. Both are freshman classes and both have intermediate communication skills (they can carry on a basic conversation on most topics).
Here are the time slots (all time PDT)
Tuesday 5~6 pm
Tuesday 11~12 pm
If you would like to link classes in-world for motivated and directed English language practice, please let me know. I have prior experience with collaboration in SL and can provide solid programming to make this a relevant and valuable event.
Best wishes,
Chris
