Well we did it :-) and we're still hear to tell the tale. Our presentation was on Friday and whilst I know many people have been using these tools for a while, this was our first time.

I was very impressed with how it all worked and the range of tools available. We attempted to use everything single one available :-o and that mad rush of clicking buttons, switching screens etc. made it even more enjoyable.

Now I need to find an excuse to do it all again as a presenter. I'm hooked.

Paul and I (Catherine) uploaded some more content onto the BBC Learning English area this morning (Wednesday) and practised using the software. 

Paul was at his house and I was at mine - so we spoke on the phone while we both logged on to our PCs and experimented with the various features of Elluminate.  It seemed like a good way to get used to the 'remoteness'...
